Towel Hemming Machine

Standard Model Towel Hemming Machine Provides the Superior Productivity
Compact and space-saving machines with a maximum production capacity of 50 dozen per hour
Supoprting towel width 260mm~410mm, towel length 300mm~1280mm or 310mm~1260mm, BEST-I SJ provides high-quality results for hand towel bath towel, face towel.

Function

01. Towel Feeding / Heating Section
- Provides towels to machine side outmaticaly.
  It has a heater to get rid of wrinkles.
02. Clamping / Streightening Mechanism
- Draws the towel towards the machine.
  The streightening mechanism adjusts the length of the towel.
03. Pile Detecting Mechanism / Cutting Section
- Detects the boundary between the flet and pile areas and feeds the towel to the correct cutting position.
  Cutting machanism cut the towel.
04. Transport Section
- Equipped with a first transport mechanism that moves the towel from the cutter mechanism to the three-folding mechanism, and a second transport mechanism that moves the towel from the three-folding mechanism to the sewing mechanism.
05. Three-Folding Mechanism
- Featuring the mechanism for automatic three-fold hemming. The hem width supports a minimum of 10mm and a maximum of 20mm

06. Sewing Section
- Featuring the mechanism for automatically sewing folded hems.
  It ensures high-quality finishing.
