• 01. New Clamp Frame for CBIII Standard

  • Larger, reinforced frame

    Clamping area is now 1.5 times larger to better hold thicker materials.
    The clamping power has also been improved and is now 1.4 times stronger than the previous clamp.

    

  • Easier hooping

    Hands free hooping using foot pedals to open/close the frame.

    

  • Plate springs reduce wrinkles in the material

    Plate springs accept 3 sizes of clamp frames.
    Material is held uniformly on all sides and the risk of frame marks is greatly reduced.

    

  • New clips are designed to better hold backing

    Also helps to secure material to frame

    

• 02. Narrow Cylinder Arm

  • Smaller diameter cylinder arm and newly designed trimmer allows sewing deeper into narrow areas, including pockets and slippers.

    

• 03. Open Bridge-Type Chassis with Servo Motors

  • Open chassis provides a larger area for sewing on shoes and bags.
    Equipped with powerful servo motors for sewing heavier items.

  • Displays multiple name designs

    Separate names in a multiple name design for viewing and sewing. Helps to avoid errors.

    

  • Easy to repair name

    Able to call up an individual name if you need to repair it.

    

  • Audible Alert

    When a name is finished sewing, the machine beeps to notify the operator to change over to the next item.
    Operator is free to perform other tasks while the machine is running.

    

• 07. Hoop Outline Display

  • Displays a frame in use on screen by scanning a barcode attached on the frame.
    ※Barcode reader is required separately.

    

• 08. Frame Centering / Frame Limit Function

  • Placing a design in a frame in use automatically

    Frame Centering function sets a design in a selected frame automatically.

    

  • Preventing machine operation in case of outside of frame limit

    Frame Limit function prevents the accidental hitting of the frame. If a design is outside of the frame parameters, the machine will not operate.

• 10. Cap Frame / Clamp Frame Mode

  • Easy to change from Clamp/Cap/Blue Frame mode.
    Changes the setting of corresponding frame automatically by pressing dedicated icons on the screen.

    

• 11. Design Transfer / Machine Networking

    Import and export designs data saved in USB memory

    

  • Bluetooth Design Transfer

    Bluetooth Manager networking software allows for the connectivity of up to 7 devices, including Barudan K-Series embroidery machines. Operators can easily drag/drop designs to multiple machines up to 10 times faster compared to serial communication--even large stitch count designs.
    ※ Bluetooth receiver and special software "Bluetooth Manager" are required separately

    

  • LAN connection

    B-NET networking software connects up to 100 machines. Using LAN Ethernet connection, designs can be pushed via Schedule Mode, or pulled by Direct Download Mode. Additional features, such as web-based dashboards, machine status and production reports can be added.
    ※ Special networking software is required separately. The number of connection is different depnding on the sotware.
