BEST-IIIB (Cross-Hemming）
Automatic Towel Hemming Machine for Bath Towels, with Outstanding Production Efficiency.
The maximum production capacity is 30 dozen per hour.
Supports face towels and bath towels with hem widths of 10mm to 25mm, towel widths of 380mm to 700mm, and towel lengths of 600mm to 1640mm, ensuring a high quality finish.

01. Towel Feeding / Heating Section

It provide towels to machine side autmaticaly.
It has a heater to get rid of wrinkles.

02. Clamping / Streightening Mechanism

Draws the towel towards the machine.
The streightening mechanism adjusts the length of the towel.

03. Pile Detecting Mechanism / Cutting Section

Detecting the boundary between the flet and pile areas and feeds the towel to the correct cutting position.
Cutting machanism cut the towel.

04. Transport Section

Equipped with a first transport mechanism that moves the towel from the cutter mechanism to the three-folding mechanism, and a second transport mechanism that moves the towel from the three-folding mechanism to the sewing mechanism.

05. Three-Folding Mechanism

Features the mechanism for automatic three-fold hemming. The hem width supports a minimum of 15mm and a maximum of 40mm
