05. Double Field Function (Continuous Embroidery)

BEKS-Y920H 600X300/600 example:
☞ Maximum embroidery field: 600mm in vertical x 300mm in horizontal direction when using all 18 heads
☞ Maximum embroidery field: 600mm in vertical x 600mm in horizontal direction when using every other head (10 heads).
(Note) Only even or odd heads can be used in standard specifications. Only odd number of heads can be used in some specifications.

Frame can be displayed on the screen by reading the barcode attached on frame.

08. Frame Centering / Frame Limit Function

Places current design in the frame automatically
Frame Centering function sets a design in a selected frame automatically.

Prevents machine operation if design is outside of frame limit
Frame Limit function prevents the accidental hitting of the frame. If a design is outside of the frame parameters, the machine will not operate.

Bluetooth Design Transfer
Bluetooth Manager networking software allows for the connectivity of up to 7 devices, including Barudan K-Series embroidery machines. Operators can easily drag/drop designs to multiple machines up to 10 times faster compared to serial communication--even large stitch count designs.
※ Bluetooth receiver and special software "Bluetooth Manager" are required separately -
LAN connection
B-NET networking software connects up to 100 machines. Using LAN Ethernet connection, designs can be pushed via Schedule Mode, or pulled by Direct Download Mode. Additional features, such as web-based dashboards, machine status and production reports can be added.
