  • Wide Cap Frame

    • This cap frame has the largest effective embroidery area.
      It allows for wide embroidery coverage from the front to the side of the cap, and can support various thicknesses of caps by adjusting the position of the fexing belt.

      KT-CAII (250X400)...72mm (H)x 360mm(V)
      KT-CAII (250X250)...72mm(H) x 250mm(V)
      KT-CBIII, KY-CII, KS-C...86mm(H) x 360mm(V)

      ※The vertical embroidery area varies with the cap depth.

  • Semi-Wide Cap Frame (120)

    • This cap frame is specialized for embroidery on the front position of the cap.By securely fixing the embroidery area, it enhances the embroidery quality. It supports thick fabric and mesh sweatband caps such as baseball caps, firefighter caps, and military caps.

      Applicable Models and Embroidery area：
      KT-CAII, KT-CBIII, KY-CII, KS-C
      Frame for 120mm: 55~60mm(H) x 120mm(V)
      Frame for 180mm: 55~60mm(H) x 180mm(V)

      ※The set includes 120 mm and 180 mm frames.
      ※The vertical embroidery area varies with the cap depth.

  • Side Cap Frame

    • This cap frame is specialized for embroidery on the side of the cap.
      Avoiding the brim of the cap, it securely holds the fabric and enhance the embroidery quality.

      Applicable Models：KT-CAII, KT-CBIII, KY-CII, KS-C

  • Back Cap Frame

    • This cap frame is specialized for embroidery on the back of the cap.
      It securely holds the fabric and enhance the embroidery quality.

      Applicable Models：KT-CAII, KT-CBIII, KY-CII, KS-C

  • Cap Frame Setting jig

    • This jig is used for setting caps onto various frames.
      ※For semi-wide cap frames, replacing with a dedicated drum is required.
