With our company's first upper and lower frame separation mechanism, hats can be attached in various positions, including the front, sides, and back.
This design also enables embroidery on the products with a full brim.

  • Sweatband Clamping Hat/Cap Frame

    • Thanks to the new sweatband clamp mechanism, embroidery is now possible near the brim, an area previously inaccessible with conventional hat frames.

      ※Cap Frame Main Unit ASSY may have different parts depending on the machine.

  • Cap Frame Type Hat Frame

    • By removing the brim holder previously installed on the wide cap frame, we created a larger clearance at the back of the frame.
