Leading to solutions
My main job is to respond to inquiries about machine troubles and repairs from domestic and international agents.I handle questions like, 'There is a malfunction, what is the cause? What should we do?' or 'Is there compatibility between Board A and Board B?' or 'The machine is not stitching properly. It is not stable.'Depending on the nature of the inquiry, I investigate blueprints and histories or conduct actual machine tests to solve these issues, whether the inquiries come by phone from domestic sources or by email from overseas.

In my previous job, I worked at a shipyard performing quality assurance tasks such as inspecting hulls. I had to leave my job when I moved due to marriage. I have always loved making things, so when I was looking for a job that allowed me to be involved in craftsmanship and interact with people outside the company, I learned about Baldan. nitially, I thought of the alien Baltan (a character from the Ultraman series) when I heard the company's name. What attracted me to Baldan were the two aspects: the unfamiliar territory of 'embroidery' and the fact that it was 'industrial'.

Discovering New Worlds
Besides our products, there are so many interesting things to learn, such as the differences in the properties of various needles and threads, and the characteristics of different countries and the embroidery industry. Since Baldan’s machines are used globally, I rarely get to see the problematic machines in person. Therefore, my first step is to ask detailed questions about the inquiries to thoroughly understand the customer’s situation.Then, I confirm what I can on our in-house machines. By verifying with my own eyes as much as I can, I am able to accurately identify symptoms and conditions.
While solving problems, I feel great pleasure when separate elements such as mechanisms, structures, functions, reasons for certain phenomena, and underlying principles come together in my mind.

Becoming a Professional in This Field
I want to become a professional who can identify the root causes of problems more quickly and respond immediately. I aim to be someone who people can rely on for solutions, providing them with the confidence that I can handle any issues.
To achieve this, I focus on understanding the reasons behind problems, asking 'Why did this happen?'. If I do not understand this, I will not be able to apply this knowledge to other issues. I will keep working hard with these values.
