Reason to decide to join Barudan
I wanted to do business using English
I used to work as a teacher in junior high school.
Leading a fulfilled life, but at the same time I could not abandon one of my dreams when I was a student that I wanted to "live in a foreign country."
Then I decided to resign and to study in Australia
People around me say I am energetic.
After 9 months of study in Australia, I found Barudan when I was searching for a job that I can use English. I decided to join the company because the markets and the customers are all over the world.

Many years have passed but something new or something interesting happen every day in a good sense.
Markets are always moving and changing. Inquiries are very wide from sales to technical. It is my challenging and satisfaction that every day I have something new or new discovery.
I am grateful that so many opportunities are given from language, knowledge on products, trading and market situation and so on.
I did not have any specific knowledge and experience but my colleagues are teaching me each time to get myself confident.
I can feel that each of my job are leading to the company benefit.
Future vision
A person of influence
I would like to be a person to take part in the development of products that the market is requesting by visiting many countries and regions.
We, the sales, are the first to listen to the customers' voices. I would like to share these voices in the company for better products to increase our share in the market.
Machines are challenging for me but I do not want to hesitate to challenge anything and in the future I want to be a person of influence to the company.
