Responsible for Development and Mechanical Design
I am in charge of the development and mechanical design of industrial embroidery machines. My responsibilities include starting with the development theme to create conceptual designs, producing prototypes, performing various evaluation tests, and conducting field tests, all the way through to initiating mass production. After the machines go into mass production, I am continuously involved in improvements and troubleshooting.Currently, as a manager, I oversee the progress of my team members, provide consultation and support on their tasks, and also handle their training and education.I strive to apply lessons learned from my professional experience to guide my team effectively. I also prioritize communication, ensuring that even minor matters are reported and discussed, fostering a work environment that is conducive to smooth and efficient operations.

Working with People Around the World
During my first overseas business trip after joining the company, I accompanied the team as a design assistant.
I was responsible for improvements and troubleshooting after mass production. While communicating with the local team is usually smooth since we have salespeople accompanying us, there are always some parts that don't get communicated clearly. In such cases, I often find myself using creative methods, such as drawing pictures, to convey my message.
Although I was initially shy, observing how local colleagues work and engaging in various forms of communication have positively impacted my personality. Being entrusted with significant responsibilities has also enhanced my ability to assess situations accurately and take appropriate actions. I believe working at Barudan, a company with a global presence, offers unique and valuable experiences. This aspect makes my work at Barudan fulfilling and interesting.

Currently, many development projects are tackled individually, but moving forward, I aim to strengthen our team-based development approach.Working alone can often lead to a narrow perspective, but collaborating as a team allows us to incorporate diverse viewpoints, resulting in better and more innovative outcomes.
